About our process:
- Each P&S set is
first cleaned and inspected noting its wear pattern and any abnormal
condition. ie: sleeve distortion, surface finish damage, and/or material
breakage.
- We prep our work by
polishing areas of importance to:
(A) Remove sharp edges to avoid contamination causing surface finish
damage.
(B) Remove minor sleeve liner and piston scratches that will benefit
seal quality with the intern result of a better performing engine.
(C) Thoroughly clean your P&S set. Resizing clean surfaces provides
an accurate new tailored fit resulting in less stress during
Re-break-in.
- We Reform your sleeve
cylinder providing new designed fit to your piston and sleeve set, as
illustrated on main page, resulting in excellent restored compression
and overall improved engine performance.
- We thoroughly inspect
all work before final repackaging and shipping. Our turnaround time here
is always 1-2 business days.
